DEVEMINDS' Commitments to the Student

• Providing qualified and highly experienced trainers who specialize in engaging children through modern educational methods that combine play, imagination, and creativity.
• Adhering to the scheduled session times and ensuring punctuality.
• Sending a digital copy (PDF) of the training book after registration until the launch of the digital platform, which will include all educational materials and interactive activities.
• Creating a secure personal account for each student on the DEVEMINDS digital platform, containing recorded sessions and training materials once activated.
• Issuing regular progress reports on the student’s academic and behavioral development.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all student information and never sharing it with external parties without prior written consent from the parent or guardian, in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Responding to parent and student enquiries through our customer service or official communication channels during working hours.

Registration and Account Use

• All registration information must be completed accurately and in full.
• Each student should have a dedicated email address for training and digital tracking purposes.
• Login details (username and password) must not be shared under any circumstances. Each account is personal and exclusive to the student.
• If access credentials are lost, parents should contact our technical support for secure recovery.
• The platform must not be used for any purpose other than learning or communication with authorized staff.
• No training materials may be copied, downloaded, or distributed without official written permission from DEVEMINDS.

Academic and Behavioral Commitment

• Regular attendance is essential for the student’s continued participation in the programme.
• Students are encouraged to complete at least 80% of the assigned tasks and activities to ensure steady progress.
• If a student is unable to attend a session, parents should notify the administration in advance with a clear reason.
• Parents are encouraged to let their child complete homework independently to allow for accurate assessment of their true level.
• Students are expected to demonstrate positive behavior, showing respect to trainers and peers during all sessions.
• Repeated inappropriate behavior will lead to an official warning, and continuous violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the programme.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All training materials, educational methods, and brand assets are the exclusive property of DEVEMINDS.
• Reproduction, recording, or distribution of any educational content in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Training content must not be used for any commercial or educational purpose outside DEVEMINDS.

Media and Publicity

• DEVEMINDS may record certain sessions or activities for documentation or promotional purposes.
• Photos or video clips of students may be used only after obtaining written consent from the parent or guardian.
• A student’s first name may be mentioned in social media posts or press materials to celebrate educational achievements.
• DEVEMINDS is fully committed to protecting students’ privacy and will never publish any content featuring a child without prior approval and in a respectful, appropriate manner.

Data Protection and Privacy

• Student data is collected solely for educational and administrative purposes.
• DEVEMINDS does not share personal data with third parties unless authorized by the parent or required by law.
• All data is securely stored on encrypted servers.
• Parents have the right to request review or deletion of their child’s data after the completion of their training programme.

Attendance and Punctuality Policy

• If a student is late for a session, trainers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
• The session duration will be counted from the trainer’s actual start time.
• In cases of absence due to emergencies (e.g. illness or family bereavement), a make-up session may be arranged upon receiving valid proof.
• Frequent unexcused absences may result in session deductions or temporary account suspension.

• Participation in any DEVEMINDS learning activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with important changes communicated to parents in advance.

Duration of Agreement

• These Terms and Conditions remain valid throughout the student’s enrolment in any DEVEMINDS training programme.
• Accessing or using the student account signifies full acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
