Company Commitments

• At DEVEMINDS for Training Solutions, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and effective learning experience for every child. Our trainers are carefully selected and trained to deliver our educational programs using play and imagination strategies that help children learn with enjoyment and confidence.
• All sessions are conducted by qualified and trained instructors.
• The educational materials used are age-appropriate and aligned with the company’s methodology.
• Classes are held on time and in a professional learning environment.
• Parents are informed in advance of any schedule changes or official holidays that may affect sessions.
• If a class is postponed by the company due to official holidays, emergencies, or any other company-related reasons, the parent will not be charged for that session, and an alternative arrangement will be provided.

Parent Commitments

• Ensure your child’s regular attendance and punctuality.
• Inform the company in advance if your child will be absent.
• Refrain from requesting additional time or compensatory classes for personal absences or delays.
• Support your child’s learning by following up on tasks or exercises recommended by the instructor.
• Respect the company’s trainers, staff, and other children.
• Refrain from sharing or copying any training materials or intellectual property belonging to the company.

Payment Policy

• Payment for any program must be made in advance before the start of the course.
• Registration is considered confirmed only after payment is received.
• Program fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the company cancels the course entirely.
• If a class is postponed by the company due to official holidays, emergencies, or other organisational reasons, the class will be rescheduled, and parents will not bear any additional cost.
• If a child misses a class due to personal reasons, absence, or lateness, the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Payment is due on the specified date. Delayed payment may result in the suspension of the child’s participation until settlement is made.
• The company reserves the right to adjust program fees when necessary, with prior notice to parents.
• All fees are inclusive of educational materials, unless otherwise stated.

Communication and Updates

• The company communicates with parents via official channels (WhatsApp, email, or phone) only.
• Any schedule updates, official announcements, or important reminders will be shared through these channels.
• Parents are encouraged to stay updated and respond promptly to ensure smooth coordination.

Photography and Media Use

• DEVEMINDS may occasionally take photos or short videos during sessions for documentation and promotional purposes.
• No child’s photo or video will be used publicly without prior parental consent.
• Parents may opt out of photo or video use by notifying the administration in writing.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All personal information provided by parents is kept confidential and used solely for educational and administrative purposes.
• DEVEMINDS complies with data protection standards and does not share information with third parties without consent.

General Provisions

• DEVEMINDS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary, with notice to parents.
• Enrolling your child in any DEVEMINDS program indicates your full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
